Empty nesters may be concerned about what is next and how their life may feel without children at home. Embrace Change, a non profit, was created for people who are preparing for or in the midst of an empty nest and are looking for simple solutions to gracefully maneuver through this new stage of life.
We offer opportunities for parents and caregivers to connect with others while participating in engaging, hands-on, educational programming that helps guide us through this period. Participants create a new, exciting and purposeful way of living. Our collection of resources will help empty nesters determine what comes next and all that is waiting for them.
