Thank you for registering for the Embrace Change Fall Program Series 2023. This year’s series includes four, 2-hour programs along with materials/supplies and a Welcome Tea.  There is no charge for the Fall Program Series; processing and materials fee is $50.00.   Registration follows.

There are two parts to your registration.

1.   Information about yourself.  We respect your privacy.
2.  Processing and Materials fee

  • Be sure to use a current e-mail address that you check regularly for notification of program changes or updates.
  • When finished filling out the information fields, be sure to enter the “submit” button.
  • Next, simply submit your materials fee. Once completed, you will be registered and will receive confirmation within 24 hours. pay/
